How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Provide your order number and the name under which the order was placed.
- We will guide you through the return or exchange process.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, clean, and in their original packaging without scratches or damage.
- All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.
- The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom-made jewelry
- Sale and discounted items
- Wholesale orders
Important Notes
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days (up to 5 business days during peak times).
- Refunds may take 1-4 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply and will be deducted from your refund.
