How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Provide your order number and the name under which the order was placed.
  • We will guide you through the return or exchange process.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, clean, and in their original packaging without scratches or damage.
  • All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.
  • The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
    • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
    • Custom-made jewelry
    • Sale and discounted items
    • Wholesale orders

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days (up to 5 business days during peak times).
  • Refunds may take 1-4 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply and will be deducted from your refund.
